Thomas's Menu for Olympic Athletes
Breakfast
- Fruit x 3, Weetbix x 7, a little Yogurt & milk to top it off.
Snacks
- Fruit x 1, Nuts (selection of different nuts), water only
Lunch
- Sandwich (generally healthy) x 7, fruit x 2, water
Snacks
- Fruit x 1, Nuts (selection of different nuts), water only
Dinner
- Fish, Potato, Tomato with Peas, Corn & Broccoli on the side.
No Treat, Ice Cream, Lollies or other yummy things (Bother - that is a little disappointing).
Wow awesome. How disapointed in room8 are you with 44 wrapers for wrap free Wednesday. Are you so disapounted or are you not so glad or are you HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY about our class having 44 wrappers.
